As generational Barossan's Soul Growers fully understand that great wine takes time, from understanding regional soils, to the vineyards that have grown in these soils for decades, to finding the barrels that brings out the best of the variety and style. These are the attributes that underpin the Slow Grown Barossa Shiraz – from the Soul.

Their aim at Soul Growers is to make wines which emphasise the regional and varietal flavours of their beloved Barossa. They use only traditional winemaking techniques, open fermenting, basket pressing, minimal handling, no fining and no filtration.
